(2) years of journey-level work in facilities, plant construction, plant operations, or maintenance and repair; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).Required: Must have a valid driver's license; a motor vehicle background check will be completed.Skills and AbilitiesFluent in English; must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks during the work shift.Must show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.Works well in stressful, high-pressure situations – fast paced environment.Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns or issues raised by coworkers and/or guests.Ability to work independently.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSEngineers work in fast paced environments. This job may require you to stand for long hours.
