Job Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for an advocate passionate about protecting families and securing legacies, without the administrative burdens of solo or small‑firm practice. The firm offers a supportive platform and a collaborative team environment, focusing on family law, estate planning, probate, and guardianship.Duties Lead high-impact estate planning and probate matters from intake to resolution.Drive complex probate litigation, including guardianships and trust disputes.Represent clients in Texas probate courts during will contests and fiduciary breaches.Conduct legal research, handle depositions, and draft comprehensive estate plans.Provide expert counsel on wealth preservation and family transitions.Requirements Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship (5+ years preferred).Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a busy docket.Experience in drafting trusts, wills, and pleadings with attention to detail.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas.Skills Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar software.Benefits 401(k) with up to 5% company match.Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.Short/Long Term Disability and Voluntary Term Life Insurance.Generous PTO and company holidays.Hybrid work option (1–2 days remote).Dedicated administrative support and billing teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
