NC State University is hiring an Extension Specialist - Partner Relationships and Data Management. This role manages and governs the Center's data management systems, delivers analytics and reporting to support fundraising strategies, and cultivates partnerships within the clean energy industry. The specialist will also provide technical assistance, training, and project leadership to advance clean energy initiatives and strengthen relationship management.Highlights Manage and maintain data management tools to support relationship‑building, outreach, and fundraising at NCCETC.Organize and analyze stakeholder, partner, and donor data to inform engagement strategies and development initiatives.Perform data analysis and impact reporting to measure program effectiveness and support strategic decisions.Develop and provide training and documentation on CRM systems to enable consistent data practices and improve fundraising efforts.Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, acting as a liaison between technical teams, leadership, and partners.Use Hubspot CRM and have experience with data verification, management, and analysis.Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience required; project management experience preferred.Preferred skills include Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, problem solving, and excellent communication abilities.Anticipated hiring salary range is $52,641 - $55,000 annually.Position requires a valid NC Driver's License and is open only to current NC State permanent and temporary employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
