Consults customers with necessary repair service and makes recommendations for preventative maintenance.Communicate status of vehicles throughout the repair process with the customer.Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.Examine warranty claims and submit any qualifying items to the appropriate manufacturer.Prepare invoices and receive payment or obtain credit authorization for customers as needed.Acts upon all customer complaints.
