Bilingual Staffing Coordinator Night Shift (Temporary)Two Positions AvailableLocations: Cary, NC (Evans Road) – 1 opening, Durham, NC (Weck Drive) – 1 openingSchedule: Night Shift, Monday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM. Must be onsite, flexible with hours, available for overtime, required to train on day shift for a minimum of 3 weeks.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between Millennium Print Group and staffing agencies. Act as the first point of contact for temporary employees. Answer questions related to pay, attendance, transportation, and workplace support. Maintain and review temporary employee timesheets and reconcile with agency invoices. Assist with temporary employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination. Monitor attendance, including no-call/no-shows and shift coverage needs. Maintain accurate staffing and headcount data in internal systems. Document staffing requests, issues, and resolutions. Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and escalating complex matters to HR when necessary. Coordinate transportation support for temporary workers when needed. Assist with temporary‑to‑full‑time employee conversion processes when applicable. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.QualificationsBilingual required (English and Spanish). High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. 12 years of experience in staffing coordination, HR support, recruiting coordination or administrative roles preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee information. Basic math and computer skills required.Additional RequirementsReliable transportation to and from work is required. Ability to work onsite at either the Cary or Durham facility. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
