Job DescriptionPosition: Medical Device Assembler (1st and 2nd Shift). Contract‑to‑Hire with possibility to become permanent beyond the initial 6‑month period. Open to working weekdays and Saturdays as needed.We are seeking dedicated individuals for the 1st and 2nd Shift Assembler position.These positions are contract to hire.Please note, the transition to permanent status may extend beyond the initial 6‑month period.Candidates must be open to working during the weekdays and Saturdays as needed.Compensation for Assembler I is $19.50 per hour (with 1 year of manufacturing experience using a microscope) plus a $1.50 shift differential.Assembler II offers $21.00 per hour (with 1 year or more of medical device experience using a microscope) plus a $1.50 shift differential.Additional Skills & QualificationsAll candidates must be open to overtime during weekdays and to working Saturdays when needed.Min 6 months high volume small part assembly w/microscopeAbility to work with microscope 90% of shiftAble to work with small parts (will be inspecting various raw materials but the main product are catheters)HS Diploma or Equivalent.Hard SkillsMicroscope experienceSmall part assemblyHand toolsMeasuring toolsSoft SkillsStrong communication skillsJob TypeThis is a Contract‑to‑Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on‑site position in Irvine, California.Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment.
