Financial AnalystThe Financial Analyst will support the financial management, reporting, and analysis of a Tolls by Mail program. This role is responsible for monitoring revenue performance, analyzing toll bill and violation transactions, evaluating traffic trends, and forecasting financial outcomes. The analyst will work closely with operations, accounting, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, contract compliance, and informed decision‑making.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to tolling operations, including revenue, expenses, and variance analysisAnalyze toll transaction data, traffic volumes, and revenue trends to identify patterns, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast toll revenues and operational costsReconcile toll system data with financial records to ensure accuracy and completenessRevenue Monitoring & ForecastingMonitor daily and periodic toll revenue performance across electronic tolling systemsDevelop and update revenue forecasts based on traffic trends, seasonal patterns, and contractual assumptionsIdentify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential leakage in toll collection and transaction processingContract Compliance & Client SupportEnsure financial activities comply with contractual terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirementsAssist with preparing financial documentation and reports for clients, agencies, and auditorsSupport contract billing, invoicing, and revenue‑sharing calculations in accordance with tolling agreementsData Analysis & Systems SupportExtract, validate, and analyze large datasets from tolling systems and financial platformsCollaborate with IT and operations teams to improve data quality, reporting processes, and system integrationsDevelop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial insightsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldThree (3) or more years of experience in financial analysisStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysisKnowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial controlsPreferredExperience working in revenue‑based or transaction‑driven environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Experience with tolling systems or transaction‑based platformsPrior experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, or government contractsFlexible WorkingHybrid work: Work in a way that allows you to work from home during portions of your week and also have time onsite to connect with other team members and business leaders.Working For YouHealth and Welfare Benefits: Our health and welfare benefits can be tailored to fit you and your family's needs and start on the first day of employment.Retirement Savings: We will support you as you save for your future.Employee Discounts: We offer you access to a vast selection of global, national, and local discounts on merchandise, services, travel, and more.Career Growth Opportunities: We help you thrive, so together, we can grow.
