Senior Analyst - Due Diligence for Alternative InvestmentsJob DescriptionThis position is responsible for leading the comprehensive investment due diligence process for hedge funds, private credit, private equity, private real estate, and other alternative investment offerings. The Senior Analyst will be engaged in all aspects of investment sourcing and analysis, maintaining oversight of existing platform investments, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for the Investment Committee. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with various internal groups to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to investment management.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate new investment opportunities through ongoing engagement with a wide range of alternative asset managersConduct comprehensive due diligence, including detailed analysis of RFIs, offering documents, manager meetings, onsite visits, and industry researchPrepare and deliver investment recommendations and manager evaluations to internal stakeholders and investment committeesMonitor existing investments through regular manager dialogue, performance analysis, and risk assessment; provide actionable recommendationsServe as a subject matter expert on alternative investments for internal partners and financial advisorsRequired Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in investment research, due diligence, or alternative investmentsBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Finance, Economics, Investments, or related fieldStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage work independently and prioritize effectivelyActive Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 daysPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of alternative investment strategies and structuresPrior experience conducting research on private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets)High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and intellectual curiosityAdvanced quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex investment conceptsCFA and/or CAIA designation, or an interest in pursuing oneVisa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $114,500–$157,400 per year. Pay is performance-based, and an employee may receive variable pay through bonus, commissions, or long-term incentives depending on the role.
