Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring employer sponsorship.OverviewThe Performance Media Coordinator (Paid Search) is an entry-level position that supports the paid search team as they learn the ins and outs of paid search advertising. This individual is responsible for owning and driving certain internal-facing tasks as directed by senior members of the team. This role reports to the Associate Director, Paid Search & Social.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCampaign SupportAssist senior team members with paid search campaign development, including keyword research and ad copy development.Traffic paid search campaigns across all networks as directed by senior members of the team.Assist senior team members with daily budget management.Present optimization recommendations for paid search campaigns to senior members of the team. Execute on approved recommendations.Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain Google Data Studio reports for all paid media clients.Responsible for pulling data for monthly reports for all paid media clients.Growth & OperationsAttend partner and vendor calls.Expected to grow understanding of paid search tactics and strategies.Expected to grow understanding of client management and proactive problem-solving.Performs other related duties as assigned.QualificationsKnowledge of paid search platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) a plus.
