Managing multiple complex projects, the full-time Project Management IV will plan and coordinate all aspects of internal information and system-specific projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints in a remote environment.Key responsibilities:Oversee project milestones, timelines, and deliverables while partnering with functional teams throughout all project phasesLead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, including risk analysis and process documentsAct as the primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project updatesRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven experience in project management, including conflict resolution and meeting schedule timelinesStrong analytical skills with the ability to track and report metrics and manage risks effectivelyExcellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration with stakeholdersFamiliarity with various project management methodologies and change management knowledge
