Providing comprehensive telephonic case management, the full-time California Licensed Medical Case Manager will utilize clinical skills to ensure medically appropriate care and facilitate return-to-work strategies for injured employees in a remote setting.Key responsibilitiesConduct utilization review activities and ensure accurate documentation of case management activitiesCoordinate treatment programs and communicate effectively with adjusters, clients, and providers to optimize careEvaluate and update treatment and return-to-work plans throughout the claim lifecycleRequired qualificationsActive unrestricted RN license in California; Arizona license preferredBachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferredFive years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case managementCertification in case management or a related specialty is highly preferredFluency in Spanish and English is preferred
