To ensure the success of subscription renewals, the full-time Senior Renewals Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients, protect recurring revenue, and deliver exceptional customer service in a hybrid remote environment.Key responsibilitiesManage and maximize a large annual B2B renewal portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate renewalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve renewal quotas and foster long-term customer relationshipsUtilize CRM tools to build quotes, capture customer details, and manage upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesRequired qualificationsAssociate degree accepted; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred, or 8 years of relevant experience8 years in software technology, B2B enterprise account management, or related fieldsDemonstrated experience managing a significant B2B renewal portfolio with a focus on maximizing recurring revenueProficiency in CRM tools and systems for managing renewals and generating leadsAbility to work autonomously while being an engaged team member within the Renewal Team and Customer Success organization
