We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our wholesale team. Sales Representative will oversee and grow our accounts across New York City, Brooklyn, and Long Island. This person will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of service to our wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong sales experience, and knowledge of the local market.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and orders are fulfilled accurately and on timeDevelop new business by prospecting restaurants, hotels, cafs, retailers, and specialty food storesConduct regular in-person visits to accounts across NYC, Brooklyn, and Long IslandEducate customers on our bread and pastry offerings, seasonal specials, and new product launchesWork closely with the production and delivery teams to coordinate orders and resolve any service issues promptlyMonitor customer feedback and report insights to leadership to improve product offerings and serviceTrack sales goals and meet or exceed monthly targetsAttend food shows, industry events, and tastings as needed to represent the brandMaintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularlyQualifications:3+ years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale food, bakery, or hospitality industriesStrong knowledge of the NYC, Brooklyn, and Long Island marketsPassion for artisanal food, bread, and pastriesExceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsHighly organized and able to manage a large territory efficientlySelf-starter with the ability to work independently and within a teamProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and conduct product tastings and presentationsPreferred:Experience working with high-end restaurants, hotels, or specialty food retailersCulinary background or formal training in food and beverageCompensation:Competitive base salary plus commissionTravel reimbursementBenefits package including health insurance and paid time offJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
