What You ll Do

As aVeterinary Technician, you ll play a vital role in supporting our doctors and patients across various services. Whether you're assisting in surgery, monitoring hospitalized pets, or guiding clients through aftercare, your day will be filled with opportunities to make a difference.

In this role, you will:

• Perform and supportinpatient and outpatient care, including triage, diagnostics, treatments, and discharges
• Assist withemergency cases, anesthesia, and surgical preparation/monitoring
• Managelabs, bloodwork, radiographs, and medication administration (IV, IM, SQ, oral)
• Provide clear, compassionateclient communicationand education
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient logs (SOAPs)
• Monitor hospitalized patients, collaborate on rounds, and support overnight emergencies (if applicable)
• Participate intraining and mentorshipfor new team members
• Support your department s organization, cleanliness, and inventory

You ll be trained and encouraged to cross-train with different specialties (ER, anesthesia, surgery, internal medicine, and more), allowing you tobroaden your skill setand explore different areas of interest.

Anticipated Schedule

This is afull-timeposition currently offering four 10-hour or three 12-hourevening swingshifts. Potential schedule examples include:

• Sunday-Wednesday 4pm-2am

• Thursday-Saturday 2pm-2am

• Wednesday-Saturday 4pm-2am

Compensation

• $21-$26/hour,dependent upon experience and credentials
• Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus

What We re Looking For

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician (credentialed or non-credentialed)
• Proficiency in basic technical skills (IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, triage, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• A strong work ethic and ateam-first mentality
• Passion for patient care and client support
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Fear-free certification is a plus
