The ideal candidate for this role seeks opportunities to provide excellent customer service and takes the initiative while remaining flexible to meet the community's day-to-day needs.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
- Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
- Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
- Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
- Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
- Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
- Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired)
- Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
- Yardi Experience (Preferred)
- Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner
- This position is primarily in an office environment, but applicant must be able to walk the property, including climbing stairs
- May work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes and landscaping chemicals
