Job Skills / Requirements
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour Available Shift Schedules: Monday - Friday: 4pm-12am.
- Professional appearance - clean, well-groomed, confident presence. Must look the part at all times.
- Service-oriented mindset - polite, calm, and respectful with residents while maintaining authority.
- Strong communication skills - clear, professional speech; comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
- Situational awareness & discretion - understands access control, reads situations well, and avoids unnecessary escalation.
- Reliability & consistency - dependable, punctual, and understands that resident satisfaction is critical.
Qualifications
- Ability to walk throughout the property for hourly tours
- Strong Observational Skills: The ability to notice and report suspicious behavior or activities
- Communication Skills: communicate information in a clear and concise manner to others, including incident reports and instructions
- Conflict Resolution Skills: De-escalating tense situations and resolving disputes peacefully
- Customer Service Experience required
- Valid CT Guard Card
- High school diploma or Transcripts
Certification Requirements (All) CT Guard Card
