Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts across commercial mechanical service and construction.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Partner with operations to scope, price, and propose solutions that fit client needs.
• Manage opportunities through CRM and report consistently on activity and forecast.
• Represent the team at industry events and customer meetings across the region.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a related sales & business development role within commercial mechanical, HVAC, or construction.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
