This contract position for the entire 26/27 school year offers the chance to work alongside dedicated educators and professionals in a collaborative environment near Olive Branch, MS. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Conduct screenings and evaluations following federal, state, and district guidelines
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
