- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, particularly PreK-8th grade, is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and provide direct and consultative services
Primary Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language therapy to students in PreK through 8th grade across various school sites
- Complete comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP meetings and goal development
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Offer guidance and strategies to educators and families to generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
