About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to start as a Restaurant Supervisor with a clear pathway to becoming a General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support financial management tasks including cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional activities.
  • Prepare to transition into General Manager responsibilities by learning business operations, budgeting, and team leadership.
