• Current licensure or certification as a school counselor
• Experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary and/or secondary students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to address a wide range of student needs, from academic challenges to social-emotional development
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical counseling practices
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in managing diverse student populations

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions focused on academic achievement, social skills, and emotional wellness
• Develop and implement preventative programs to address bullying, conflict resolution, and other common school issues
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and make appropriate referrals to school or community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and support as required
