Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through the rapid implementation of robotic machine-tending and OPTO automation projects. In this role, you will actively listen to client needs to helpfind the best solutions for our customers and elevate customer satisfaction. By utilizing your technical expertise to quote projects and ensure every customer receives a high-satisfaction solution that improves their manufacturing profitability. You will work closely with senior guidance to master automation and robotics tools—specifically focusing on HAAS, Fanuc, and the Fanuc CRX COBOT packages—to boost operational efficiency and position Phillips as the preferred industry partner.

Beyond the technical execution, you will focus on building solid customer relationships within your assigned territory and fostering collaborative partnerships with Haas Automation representatives, vendors, and the Phillips 360 team. While a background in sales is preferred but not required, we expect a high level of ownership and discipline as you learn to navigate CRM tools, support accurate forecasting, and pursue machine-tending opportunities that deliver industry-leading margins. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong technical background in automation who is ready to contribute to the design of cutting-edge solutions while growing toward consistent high performance and long-term career advancement within our organization.

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually plus commission opportunities.
