Travel Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Join our dynamic nursing team as a Travel Registered Nurse in Rehabilitation. You will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our rehabilitation patients, ensuring their recovery and comfort during their stay.

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Job Description
Provide direct patient care and support to rehabilitation patients. Conduct assessments and implement care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform wound care and assist with patient transfers. Maintain accurate patient records in EMR - Meditech. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 1-year current acute care experience as a Rehabilitation or Medical/Surgical RN.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Prior experience with rehab patient populations and IV/blood draw skills is preferred.
