- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care including medication administration, treatments, and education
- Accurately document care and maintain compliance with clinical standards
- Perform computer-based charting and data entry (full training provided)
- Support patients with a variety of clinical needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Active LVN license in the state of Texas
- 1+ year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong clinical skills, including experience with:
- Gastrostomy tubes / enteral feedings
- Foley catheter care
- Tracheostomy care
- A compassionate, dependable approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment
- Training: First 5 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Ongoing Schedule:
- 2pm - 10pm or 2 doubles on the weekend 2pm - 10pm and 10pm to 6am
- Rotating shifts to support patient care needs
- Every other weekend required
- 32 hours/week guaranteed (consistent income you can count on)
- Stable, guaranteed hours with a predictable schedule
