Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care including medication administration, treatments, and education
Accurately document care and maintain compliance with clinical standards
Perform computer-based charting and data entry (full training provided)
Support patients with a variety of clinical needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
What you must have:
Active LVN license in the state of Texas
1+ year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong clinical skills, including experience with:
Gastrostomy tubes / enteral feedings
Foley catheter care
Tracheostomy care
A compassionate, dependable approach and strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment
Other Information: Schedule & Training
Training: First 5 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Ongoing Schedule:
2pm - 10pm or 2 doubles on the weekend 2pm - 10pm and 10pm to 6am
Rotating shifts to support patient care needs
Every other weekend required
32 hours/week guaranteed (consistent income you can count on)
