Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19.00-$24.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - Done (end time varies by project)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Hugo, MN

- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist with spring/fall cleanups, debris removal, and general yard maintenance
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck, tools, and equipment
- Work as part of a crew to complete daily routes and meet quality standards
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet all day
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
