In this high-visibility role, you will provide critical administrative support to senior executives, managing intricate schedules and coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, your ability to maintain a polished, executive-facing presence and collaborate seamlessly with other administrative teams will be vital to keeping operations running efficiently. salary: $36.94 - $36.95 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate large-scale meetings, agendas, and logistics for multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and refine high-quality presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal Executive Assistants and administrative support teams to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain a highly polished, professional, and executive-facing presence across all communication channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant directly supporting senior-level or C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated mastery of complex executive calendaring and meeting management.
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site full time at the San Francisco campus.
  • Preferred: Previous administrative experience within a large hospital system, university health network, or supporting finance/medical education leaders.
  • Must clear standard compliance onboarding, including a background check, drug screening, physical exam, and up-to-date healthcare vaccination records.
