As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will make a meaningful difference for children and adolescents, working in-person for the full 2026-2027 school year.Engage with learners of all abilities and help foster communication skills that last a lifetime. We are seeking candidates with a diverse range of speech-language expertise, including those with their CCCs, clinical fellows (CFY), pediatric specialists, and those experienced in school-based settings. Individuals with SLPA experience and a passion for school-based speech therapy are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or SLP-A program for SLPA applicants)
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and document progress
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapy for children with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to design and execute effective intervention plans
• Maintain accurate student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Advocate for students' speech-language needs within the school community
