Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Education. - Valid PA teaching certification in English Language Arts for middle school/secondary - Proven experience teaching ELA at the middle school level is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of literacy development and effective instructional strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. - Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources. - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
