Description

Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water System is seeking a service-oriented self-starter to work with LPRW management and staff to operate and maintain all aspects of a rural water system.ResponsibilitiesInstallation and repair of water lines and services, locating of pipelines and appurtenances.Work with contractors and customers to maintain reliable service and operation of the water system.QualificationsHigh school education and a valid driver's license.Must be able to obtain a Water Operator License and a Class A Commercial Driver's license within one year (training will be provided).Basic mechanical and construction equipment operator skills, familiarity with computer/communication devices.Strong communication skills with staff and the public.Ability to work on-call schedule on a rotation basis, which includes weekends and holidays.This position territory will be located in the southern part of the system, including portions of Jackson, Nobles, Rock and Murray Counties.Learn more and apply: www.lprw.comBenefits information is not available for this position.
