Lead Securities Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Lead Securities Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Lead Securities Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Securities Operations department supporting critical trade lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Project:

• Driving a CoPilot initiative, they want to put in place in their contact center teams
• This will have a high level of impact
• The initiative HenHub (?) the structure here will be used to deploy enterprise wise
• Low level RAG system that will be built out
• Will be a neat and consolidated format

Looking For:

• CoPilot SME - Must have a CoPilot expertise structured within CoPilot
• AI prompt engineering
• Connect with the groups to build it out
• Lead the project and drive the date
• Need to understand the terminology, what the system needs, what the master prompts will need to be built out, etc.
• Must have strong communication skills and project management skills
• Must have great time management skills, need to be able to manage their time and the groups time
• 3 Key Elements: Co-Pilot, Teams, and Excel
• Would like them to come from a FinTech background so they understand the terminology, but not required especially if they have the Co-Pilot SME background would consider

Day to Day:

• Will be a lot of rinse and repeat (they will be reusing the same meeting agenda, master prompts, etc. from group to group)
• Going vertical to vertical
  • Go through what is needed for the data sets, files
  • Structure it out
  • Testing
