Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and institutional policies.
- Collect and label specimens accurately according to protocol.
- Document patient care, observations, and interventions promptly and accurately.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, discharge instructions, and Health maintenance.
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stocked environment in exam rooms and treatment areas.
- Hold a valid NYS license as an LPN or LVN.
- Possess at least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medication administration, specimen collection, and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient environment and work flexible hours.
