A direct hire opportunity is available for an IV Certified Pharmacy Technician specializing in sterile compounding to support a closed-door long-term care facility in the Chicago, IL area. This position requires reliability and consistent attendance for an evening shift with a high-volume prescription load. Location: Woodridge, IL Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Rotating every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using aseptic techniques to ensure sterility
Conduct quality assurance checks on compounded products
Manage and maintain medication inventory levels
Adhere to USP 797 standards and all relevant regulatory guidelines
Operate Frameworks software (training provided)
Handle approximately 600 prescriptions daily in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Experience:

Active and clear Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
Sterile compounding experience is required
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume setting
Demonstrated reliability and excellent attendance record
