Description

A dynamic digital/mail order pharmacy is seeking a contract pharmacist to support a significant volume increase driven by a new client fulfillment partnership. This role involves dispensing primarily generic medications, along with some brand and specialty drugs, serving patients across all 50 states and DC. Location: Florence, KY Contract Duration: Approximately 13 weeks Schedule:

Monday to Friday
2 PM to 10 PM

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including medication verification and checking
Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy
Adapting quickly to high-volume processes and collaborating closely with the pharmacy team to meet demanding daily targets

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active Kentucky pharmacist license (pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to verify dual licensure in KY)
Proven background in high-volume retail pharmacy settings preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and adaptability skills
