Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Valid occupational therapy license or certification in the respective state.
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy in clinical or outpatient settings.
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
