This role will be responsible for delivering high-impact, senior-level audiences who drive the success, reputation, and revenue of our events. This position will be providing coverage for six months, starting in July 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the end-to-end audience development strategy across a portfolio of events, ensuring delivery of high-quality, senior-level attendees aligned with event goalsIdentify, engage, and secure C-suite executives, business decision-makers, and industry influencers for invitation-only and paid eventsLeverage existing networks and develop new relationships to build a consistent pipeline of high-value attendeesDesign and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize conversion and attendancePartner closely with editorial, programming, sales, and marketing teams to align audience targets with content, sponsors, and business objectivesTrack, analyze, and report on audience acquisition performance, continuously optimizing based on data and insightsQualifications3+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing or delegate salesProven track record of securing high-level attendees (C-suite, business decision makers, thought leaders, etc.) for premium or invite-only eventsStrong existing network of senior-level contacts and/or demonstrated ability to build one quicklyProficiency with digital tools and project management systems; experience with event management platforms and content management systems (CMS) preferred, along with strong Excel skills for data analysis and audience trackingExcellent communication and relationship management skills, with a high-touch, professional approachStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesDesired CharacteristicsDeep understanding of what motivates senior executives to attend events and how to position value effectivelyCommercial mindset with awareness of how audience composition impacts sponsorship and revenueCollaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally across content, sales, and production teamsPassion for media, business news, and live eventsBenefitsSweat it out – free onsite fitness center with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, plus daily group classesEat up – gourmet cafeteria with daily specials plus soup and salad barsExtras – dry cleaning, shoe shining, sneak peeksDon't have a car?
