CNA classes are offered at Vancrest of Delphos or through Vantage in Van Wert $14/hour paid while attending CNA classes with perfect attendance Hourly pay increases once placed into a full-time or part-time CNA position within the facility All class requirements and the state test must be successfully completed to maintain employment Candidates must be willing to accept a 2nd or 3rd shift position (FT or PT) after completing the program Applicants requesting 1st shift will be placed on a waiting list until a position becomes available

Nurse Aide in Training

Maintaining a physical environment in a clean, safe and pleasant manner.
Ensuring that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan.
Performing other related activities as assigned or requested.
