The right candidate will lead the Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoach Loan Officers on sales techniques and focus on increasing levels of businessReview the PTC reportReview and monitor the Production Summary reportReview the Lock Expiration reports along with the Overage/Concessions reportDay-to-day problem solving with Loan OfficersTrain Loan OfficersSpend time in building sales officesLead weekly Loan Officer meetingAttend weekly meeting with the builderTrack closing capture rateReview customer surveys with Loan OfficersAttend Realtor functionsReview performance of the Loan OfficersSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises two or more Loan Officers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
