The practitioner will provide advocacy and direct services to crime victims, including coordinating resources, guiding them through legal processes, and offering emotional support.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, organizing support groups, facilitating crisis intervention, and collaborating with law enforcement and community partners to meet client needs.QualificationsStrong knowledge and skills in advocacy, crisis intervention, and trauma‑informed careProficiency in communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship buildingOrganizational skills for managing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating servicesFamiliarity with the criminal justice system and victim rights is highly beneficialAbility to collaborate effectively with law enforcement, legal professionals, and community organizationsEmpathy, discretion, and cultural competency in assisting individuals from diverse backgroundsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Criminal Justice is preferredExperience working with crime victims or in a related field is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
