Requirements

  • PharmD
  • Active and good standing Pharmacist license in Massachusetts
  • Two to three years of experience working as a pharmacist preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in all areas of pharmacy operations, including: IV admixtures, drug information services, ambulatory pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug distribution systems
  • Direct and coordinate the delivery of pharmacy services
  • Supervise and verify the accuracy of all work performed by pharmacy support personnel during assigned shifts
  • Operate within established pharmacy policies and procedures

  • Complete a minimum of 20 continuing education credits annually to maintain licensure
