Be the change you wish to see—right when your contributions are needed most.What You'll Do:As a Nurse Practitioner at CleanSlate, you'll play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT). You'll work alongside a team of dedicated medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Provide medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and BrixadiEvaluate patients and determine individualized treatment plansMonitor patient progress and adjust medications as neededCollaborate with physicians and care teams on complex casesMaintain accurate documentation in the EMR within 48 hoursParticipate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement effortsSupport telemedicine and occasional regional coverage as neededWhat We're Looking For:Active NP license and DEA registration in state of employmentGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programStrong interpersonal and critical thinking skillsExperience in addiction medicine or behavioral health preferredComfort with EMRs and a fast-paced clinical settingWhy CleanSlate?Monday–Friday schedule; No Weekends, No Night, No On-callGenerous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidaysFull benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA/FSACompany-paid life, disability, and malpractice insuranceContinuing Education Support: CME allowance + CME PTO for professional developmentMission-driven team with growth opportunities and support#J-18808-Ljbffr
