High school graduate or equivalent preferred

1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally
Primarily office-based with occasional work throughout the warehouse
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership potential
Support compliance with company policies, safety procedures, DOT and OSHA regulations, and other applicable requirements
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or SAP preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
