All employees are expected to be in compliance with government and corporate laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Employee must have basic computer skills, and may be required to enter and verify information into written forms or database(s) as appropriate.
Successful completion of Aircraft Assembly basic classes required.
Must have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.
Successful completion of the written and practical test for Assembler #1.
Must be constantly aware of security requirements associated with all weapons and adhere to those requirements.
Knowledge of general riveting operations is required.
Excellent blueprint reading skills, shop math skills, and proficiency with a wide variety of precision measuring tools required.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Physical requirements involve the heavy lifting, washing, and degreasing of weapons.
Must be a qualified Assembler #2 that is knowledgeable and capable of performing all tasks and duties of an Assembler #2.
Requires the ability to use a variety of ordinary machine tools and precision measuring instruments.
Able to be constantly aware of security and foreign object debris hazards.

Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required
Must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors
Proficient computer navigation skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to do physical inspections, (i.e. climbing, reaching, extending)
Ability to pass a Ramsay aptitude test
Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 3 months before moving to their assigned schedule.
Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Able to read, interpret and analyze computer generated reports
Must be proficient with mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification
Must be able to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervision
