Pay: $20.00/hour
Assignment: Seasonal (October through January, with potential to extend)
Training: First 2 weeks are 100% onsite in Summit, NJ
After training remote, choose one of the following schedules:
Friday - Tuesday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (phones close at 8:00 PM)
No vacation requests or call-outs will be approved during the blackout period of November 14 through December 2
Provide exceptional "white glove" customer service via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with orders, product questions, inventory availability, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries
Resolve shipping issues by working with carriers such as UPS and USPS
Build positive relationships by delivering personalized, friendly, and efficient service
Manage customer inquiries with speed and accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals
Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience
Stay knowledgeable on products to confidently assist customers and identify sales opportunities
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
Hybrid opportunity after onsite training
"Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience"
