High School Degree required; college degree preferred - hotel/restaurant management.
A minimum of two years' restaurant experience.
Prior experience in restaurant management/supervision of staff a plus.
Proficient with Point-of-Sale Systems and other guest service technology platforms.
Required Certification in Serve Safe Alcohol and First Aid.
