Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Proven experience in assembly line work with a track record of reliability and quality output.
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand assembly line processes and equipment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedule.
Minimum of five (5) years of Line/Assembly related work experience.
Ability to work multiple work stations throughout assembly lines and have a solid understanding of equipment test procedures.
Strong knowledge of the equipment being produced on their Line.
Manual Dexterity: Work requires regular speed and accuracy for most of the working day.
Physical Effort: Work requires a considerable variety of fairly steady active physical exertion.
Working Conditions: More frequent exposure to disagreeable features.
Hazards: Injury may require a doctor's care. Time lost for part of a day may be to receive medical treatment.
