Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.

This is a bonus and overtime eligible position with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, which equates to approximately $54,956.54 - $75,518.51 annually.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
