Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Must be able to work full-time, long-term opportunity
Overtime required during the busy season (January-April)
Previous administrative, office support, or receptionist experience
Knowledge of accounting concepts, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formulas
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
