CPR/AED and First Aid certification (certifications can be provided through our in-house trainers)

Knowledge and ability to evaluate patrons at aquatics facilities to determine any potential dangers or hazards
Ability to adjust programs as necessary to ensure the safety of the visitors and other staff
Ability to effectively manage patron behavior and implement positive discipline techniques
Experience or willingness to learn program facilitation and activity leadership
The ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, sun, light rain)
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
