$90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Competitive 1-5% bonus structure

Background working for a General Contractor.

Experience overseeing large commercial or industrial construction projects.

Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations.

Willingness to travel throughout Ohio as required.

Use your own car

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with industrial construction projects such as: * Warehouses * Distribution Centers * Manufacturing Facilities * Logistics Facilities

Experience with healthcare, mission-critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, or other large commercial projects.

Design-build project experience.

Strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.
