Quality Technician at our Millington, MD Facility
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
2+ years of experience using measurement tools and inspection techniques preferred
Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, DFT gauges, and go/no-go gauges
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, procedures, and complete required documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Basic math and geometry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to operate hand tools and test equipment
Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip
Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs
This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently
Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing setting that may not be climate-controlled and can include exposure to varying temperatures
